ABOUT ME:

I'm currently based in Great Falls Montana with my husband. My motivation to go to the mountains is to find freedom, recharge, and push myself harder. I immigrated to the US when I was 17 with my mother searching for the ‘American Dream”. Little did I know that my way to live the dream would be through climbing.  I love La Sportiva because it works well for me and there’s nothing else I’d rather wear and the quality behind the products is amazing.

PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Dec 2014 | Immigrating to the US without knowing the next step and learning English on my own
Fall 2014 | Joining The Mountaineers - a non-profit organization that teaches people to climb from sport to big alpine - without knowing anyone in the climbing world or even that climbing gyms existed
Jun 2015 | Summiting my first 14k mountain in Wa 6 months after I joined the Alpine climbing course even though I had no idea what that meant
Jun 2020 | Between Heaven and Hell (5.13B) my first 5.13 right after the first Covid lockdown
Fall 2020 | Making the cover of Climbing Magazine

Who is your favorite climbing and skiing partner?

My husband is my favorite climbing and skiing partner because I can fully be myself, be vulnerable and I make him carry the heavy stuff.

None in the US at the moment.
