ABOUT ME:

From Baltimore, Maryland where I truly did not pick up running, but sports like soccer and lacrosse that kept me moving and outside. My love for the outdoors came from my mom being able to send me to a camp in New Jersey that was just surrounded by trees and wilderness and that allowed me to play on trails that took me to some amazing places. This is why I love getting out because you can see, feel, and breathe the world from the trails when getting outside.

That is the great thing about Sportiva, they want to see people get outside and they make products to help you do that and more. Most important, Sportiva cares about the community and environment which brings it all together.

PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Aug 2011 | Running my first 100 miler. Leadville
Nov 2013 | Running my fastest mile and finding out my mom was cancer-free the same day
Seeing my two beautiful boys being born
Finishing the Highlonesome 100
Ran my first two marathons within a month of each other

Who is your favorite climbing/running partner and why?

Paul Glover because going running or climbing with him was not just let us hit the trail go, it was hit the trail and quickly turn left or right and trailblaze our way to where we need to go.

What is your go-to hype song?

Triad by TOOL

What was the first La Sportiva product you tried?

My first Sportiva product was the Cobra climbing shoe

Which charity/advocacy organizations do you support or belong to?

I support BLM, Unstoppable Nina Foundation, The Achilles project, and many other organizations that involve helping a human.

Wow! It used to be 40-45, but now it is around 63. :)
