An ACMG Rock Guide at home in Squamish by summer and a world traveling climber by winter. I love all types of climbing, but if I had to choose it would be a big wall FA in the Arctic...no actually a relentless roof crack... no wait a tufa-dripping limestone cave... OK my niche is probably in female big wall free climbing. I love chasing ambitious personal goals, as well as sharing my passion and skills to help others pursue their own.
Who is your favorite climbing/running/skiing partner and why?
My husband Jacob Cook continues to be my most supportive partner, however I do love a solid female power team.
What is your go-to hype song?
Anything I can dance to!
What was the first La Sportiva product you tried?
Full circle here: My first La Sportiva shoes were the lady Mythos, on my first trip to the Creek. Nearly a decade later, I discovered they have the thinnest toe box I could find and a newer pair of these are now my secret weapon on thin roof cracks.v
