ABOUT ME:

Born into a climbing family in the Bay Area, California, I spent much of my childhood climbing in the Sierras, and I was hooked from a young age. For me, climbing is so special because every route is unique and requires creativity, adaptability, and a different approach. Whether it’s a big wall in Yosemite, a competition boulder, or anything in between, I’m drawn to the variety, movement, and singularity of each and every climb I attempt.

Q+A:

Who is your favorite climbing partner?

My dad opened the door to big wall climbing for me, and his endless support and guidance has allowed me to become the climber that I am today.

What is your go-to hype song?

I know it sounds strange, but I don’t listen to music when I’m by myself; if I’m with other people I’ll listen to whatever they listen to, but I don’t have any favorite songs.

What was the first La Sportiva product you tried?

When I was ten, the solution was the only downturned shoe that our local gym carried in my size. I tried it, and I haven’t looked back since.

Which charity/advocacy organizations do you support or belong to?

I am a part of the Protect Our Winters (POW) climb team.
