A woman in athletic gear runs on a rocky, wooded trail surrounded by trees and greenery, with a distant view of hills and cloudy sky in the background.
A smiling woman with braided hair wears a yellow jacket, a lanyard with medals, and a blue cap, standing indoors under a tent with green and yellow signs in the background.

ABOUT:

I am from Chattanooga, TN and have loved being outside for as long as I can remember. When I'm in the mountains, everything else in life melts away, and there's a special single mindedness that comes from dancing through technical terrain. I've always been drawn to chasing summits, and I love the feeling of pushing myself hard to reach a new viewpoint as fast as possible. I really appreciate that La Sportiva is a brand that champions not just competition but a deep resonance and joy for movement in the mountains.

Q&A:

Who is your favorite running partner and why?

My husband is my favorite running partner and my main partner in scheming big adventures in the mountains! When I'm running with him, I know I'm adventuring with someone else who holds a deep appreciation for the freedom running gives us to wander through remote spaces. We can have a completely silent run and still appreciate the synergy of running together.

RESTING HEART RATE:
